A parent got on a school bus on Wilkesboro Street in Mocksville last week and refused to leave.
That is, until deputies with the Davie Sheriff’s Office arrived.
Darla Marie Andrade, 34, was cited for trespassing and impeding a school bus. The sheriff’s office didn’t reveal why she had gotten onto the bus. She was, however, asked repeatedly to get off the bus before deputies arrived, said Chief Deputy Brian Jacobs.
Andrade was served with a criminal summons and is scheduled to appear in Davie District Court on April 13.
