Halloween means one thing for Downtown Mocksville and the North Main Street area.

It will be crowded.

That brings an increased risk of danger. Motorists are urged to avoid the North Main Street area on Saturday evening, and if traveling that way, drive slowly and watch out.

Mocksville Police will be out in force to make sure everyone obeys the law and is safe, but it takes drivers and parents on the street to help keep kids safe.

There will be free games outside the Brock, 5:30-7:30.
