SALISBURY — Iron Dragon Tae Kwan Do Academy will host a free self-defense seminar from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Salisbury Mall.
Iron Dragon owner Tola Rose said the anti-bullying seminar is appropriate for all ages, youth through adult. Rose opened his studio in the mall in February.
Rose will teach Tae Kwan Do, kickboxing and boxing at the seminar. Jeff Cope of Ground Control Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Winston-Salem will teach at the seminar as well.
