Tommi Bingham Steidel, 62, of Clemmons, completed her last valiant triumph on June 27, 2025.
Born Sept. 8, 1962 in Winston-Salem, she attended Davie High School and was chief cheerleader. Tommi was on the flag team with UNC-CH’s marching band, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She worked with Bingham & Parks Lumber Company; and was a Rates Supervisor with US Airways. Tommi’s love of travel took her to exotic destinations in the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East. We will miss her sassy spirit, quick quips and keen intellect.
Her husband Jay, sisters Debbie (Tom) Pullen and Betsy (Doug) Blackburn, and extended family treasure Tommi’s courage to overcome many battles for her health.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 20 at Bethlehem Methodist Church, 321 Redland Road, Advance, with visitation at 2 p.m. prior to the service at 3 p.m.
Memorials may be either flowers or donations to Cancer Services, 3175 Maplewood Ave., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
Special thanks to the staff at Trinity Elms and Novant Hospital for their benevolent care.
