Wayne ‘Poley’ Trivette

Mr. Wayne “Poley” Trivette, 72, of Rural Hall, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
He was born Dec. 4, 1942 in Davie County to the late Burton F. and Mary Mazie Belle Cranfill Trivette. Mr. Trivette retired from Sara Lee. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and was a shooter.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Sue Potts; and a brother, B.L. Trivette.
Survivors: his wife of 45 years, Sadie Jones Trivette of the home; 4 siblings, Willis Trivette (Judy), Faye Boger (Mickey), Colene Mayberry and Bonnie Joyner (Jimmy), all of Mocksville; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was to be conducted at 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 3 at Eatons Baptist Church Cemetery in Mocksville with the Rev. Wayne Swisher officiating.
