Wendy Terry, assistant district attorney for Judicial District 22B, which encompasses Davie and Davidson counties, has been placed on administrative leave, according to Garry Frank, district attorney.

Citing personnel confidentiality, Frank would not say why Terry was placed on administrative leave nor how long it might last, but said, “There are some contingent things that are out of my control. Hopefully, something will break in the next week or so.”

Terry announced in July she plans to file for Superior Court judge next year.
