Jam sessions are held each week on Mondays at Eddie’s Place in Cool Springs from 6-9:30 p.m.

The Schoolhouse Music Jam at Farmington Community Center is each Thursday evening with Potluck at 6, followed by country and gospel music at 6:30. Admission is $3.

The annual back-to-school bash at Sheffield-Calahaln Fire. Dept. is Aug. 17 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Hotdog Saturday at New Union was a success due to all those who attended and worked.  We thank everyone for their love and support.  The next will be Aug. 24.

It was a blessing to see so many children and parents at Vacation Bible School at Community Covenant this past week.  It was a time of fun, crafts, stories, songs and learning more about our Lord.  Pastor Keith Ledford appreciates everyone who made it wonderful.

Bible School at Liberty Wesleyan will be Aug. 10 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. with Bible lessons, crafts, food, and a bouncy house. On Sunday, Aug. 11, there will be lunch after the worship service with homemade ice cream.
