Concord United Methodist Church has established a committee called the “Rural Service Ministry” to help those who need transportation.

The transportation can be grocery or pharmacy deliveries, and the program may help some with food insecurities.

Formed through the N.C. Rural Center, committee members participated in educational classes to help determine what they could do as a small congregation to assist people in their community.
