The Davie County Sheriff’s Office and the Davie County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a house fire at 139 Singleton Road, Mocksville on Sunday, Nov. 6 at approximately 12:55 a.m.

The structure is an older single- family dwelling on the north side of Singleton Road, off Cherry Hill Road.

The fire was reported by a passerby, who observed the residence on fire. The residence was unoccupied.
