The following were indicted by the grand jury during the Aug. 30 session of Davie Superior Court.

– Randall Alexander Berry, taking indecent liberties with a child, statutory sex offense with a child by an adult.

– Justin Clanton Bracken, habitual felon, assault on a law enforcement officer inflicting serious injury, possession of methamphetamine.

– Aaron Bradly Doby, possession of heroin.

– Jason Allen Dulin, possession of a firearm by a felon.

– Jolynn Samantha Hicks, 11 counts felony cruelty to animals.

– Robert Grey Ridings, habitual felon.
