Mary Alfrieda Smith “Frieda” Shahidi died on May 21, 2021 after battling an extensive illness in Sanford, Fla.

Although she had moved away, she had remained a lifetime member of Mocksville Second Presbyterian Church, where a memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 11. All are invited.
