The following cases were disposed of during the Feb. 4 session of Davie District Court. Presiding: Judge Carlos Jane’. Prosecuting: Steve Boone, assistant DA.
– Levin Charles Boger, attempting to break/enter a vehicle, sentenced to 75 days, suspended 12 months, do not have contact with victim or his family, remain employed, $50, cost, $185 attorney fee.
– Bobby Lee Chambers Jr., assault on a female, false imprisonment, dismissed, prosecuting witness failed to appear.
– Kristina M. Collins, misdemeanor probation violation, probation terminated unsuccessfully, $75 attorney fee.
– Christopher M. Davis, driving while license revoked DWI revocation, reduced to failure to notify DMV of address change, $100, cost.

– Alexandra Rosell, possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed, complied with deferred prosecution.

Stradford, felony identity theft, reduced to misdemeanor larceny, sentenced to 120 days, suspended 30 months, $2,542.93 restitution, $50, cost, $255 attorney fee; felony identity theft, reduced to misdemeanor larceny, sentenced to 60 days at the expiration of previous sentence, cost; 2 counts felony identity theft, dismissed per plea.

– Michael Dean Collier, misdemeanor probation violation, probation revoked, sentenced to 120 days, credit for 84 days, $515 attorney fee; hit/run failure to stop after causing property damage, sentenced to 30 days to run concurrent with previous sentence; driving while license revoked DWI revocation, sentenced to 30 days to run concurrent with previous sentence; possession of stolen goods/property, operating vehicle with no insurance, give/lend/borrow license plate, 2 counts driving/allowing vehicle to be driven with no registration, fictitious/altered title/registration, driving while license revoked not DWI, no liability insurance, dismissed per plea.
