he was born in Staten Island, NY, daughter of Charles Williams and Toni Martin.  She grew up in New York and moved to North Carolina as an adult. She worked as a machine operator.

Survivors: her father, Charles Williams of New York; her mother, Toni M. Pelote of Mocksville; 2 sons, Kasean Williams and Chris Williams; 2 daughters, Nyenah (Teonce) Jones and Nyree Williams; 3 brothers, Floyd Cody, Tony Cody, and Roy Pelote Jr.; 2 sisters, Charell Williams and Lagena Mosley; 2 grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
