Mrs. Theresa Jo Beauchamp Idol, 65, of Todd Road, Advance, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 at her home.

She was born Dec. 18, 1953,in Davie County to the late Alton David and Betty Bailey Beauchamp. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, John Idol;  her “dad,” Ronnie Glass; and her beloved dog, Beau Beau.

Survivors: 2 daughters, Carrie Whitaker of Advance and Chastity Whitaker of New York, N.Y.; a grandchild, Christian Whitaker; a great-grandchild, Phoebe Whitaker; and 3 siblings, Alton Beauchamp, Joe Beauchamp and Chris Glass.
