The following were indicted by the grand jury during the Oct. 28 session of Davie Superior Court.
– Kevin Ciro Chavez, intentional child abuse inflicting serious physical injury.
– Dewayne Eric Chunn, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, trafficking cocaine by possession, manufacturing cocaine.
– Anthony Drew Church, felony cruelty to animals, possession of cocaine.
– Benjamin Scott Cohen, possession of cocaine.
– Kaleb Christopher Evans, fleeing to elude arrest with vehicle, first degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, assault by strangulation, financial card theft, breaking/entering a motor vehicle.
– Owen Matthew Lemm, second degree sex exploitation of a minor, disseminating obscenity to a minor under age 16.
– Scott Anthony Nicholson, 9 counts third degree sex exploitation of a minor.
– Erick Cuanalo Ramirez, disclosing private images.
– Billy Ray Redmond, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of cocaine.
– Kvonne Smith, felony larceny.
– Misty Nicole Smith, possession of a stolen vehicle.
– Kenyana Chanae Tatum, felony breaking/entering, possession of methamphetamine, larceny pursuant to breaking/entering.
