Estelle Covington Kluttz, 86, of Mocksville, N.C. departed this world on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023.

Estelle was born on June 21, 1937 in Stokes County, N.C.,  daughter of the late Willard Covington and Nancy Jane (Melton) Covington.

In life, Estelle graduated from Daughn Business School. Later, she chose a career working with the Department of Social Services. She worked for the state for over 20 years before retiring. Estelle was a Christian woman and attended North Main Street Church of Christ.

Estelle leaves behind to cherish her memory: 3 sons, Arthur Rupard, Howard Rupard, and Tracy Rupard; a daughter, Melinda Rupard; and 4 grandchildren.

On Friday, Dec. 29 a visitation will be held at North Main Street Church of Christ at 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. with Brother Gary Dull officiating. Burial will follow at Jericho Church Cemetery.
