You can always learn more, and with the Daniel Boone Family Festival just over a week away in Downtown Mocksville, take the time to learn a little bit more.
Michelle DeLapp, president of the Wachovia Historical Society, will make a presentation on Boone’s life – including before and after his time in Davie County – at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 27 in the history room at the Davie County Public Library on North Main Street in Mocksville.
Visitors are welcome to the meeting, sponsored by the Davie Historical and Genealogical Society.
