Cognition Davie will host its first STEAM Extravaganza on Saturday, April 15 from 10 a.m.-noon for all ages.

Meet representatives from all categories in STEAM: science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Students can learn about what they do, see examples of their work, and try some things out.

“This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about what it is like to have a career in STEAM and  to discover careers that they might not be aware of,” said Jessica White Huyett, Cognition site coordinator.

“Check out our outdoor space and Makerspace where there will be experiments and STEAM challenges for people of all ages. Volunteers will show what fun you can have with STEAM and all that COGNITION has to offer.”

It is being held in conjuction with the N.C. Science Festival.
