The following cases were disposed of during the Oct. 28 session of Davie District Court. Presiding: Judge Carlos Jane’. Prosecuting: Eric Farr and Pearce Dougan, assistant DAs.
– Brian Matthew Hedrick, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault on a female, possession of a firearm by a felon, resisting public officer, dismissed per plea; assault with a deadly weapon, communicating threats, sentenced to 120 days, suspended 18 months, not assault/threaten/harass any family members, $50, cost, $555 attorney fee.
