Clayton Homes, the retail division of Clayton off-site built homes, recently acquired Select Homes, Inc., in Mocksville.

Billy Loflin opened Select Homes and started serving the community in 1984. For decades, the home center has been committed to building quality modular homes that have the potential to increase in value and meet or exceed state and local residential building codes, and Clayton Homes is excited to help them continue that tradition.
