The following cases were disposed of during the October 21 session of Davie Superior Court. Presiding: Judge Mark E. Klass. Prosecuting: Robert S. Taylor and Alan B. Martin, assistant DAs.
- Jonathan Ray Ayers aka Ray Ayers Jonathan, felony probation violation out of county, probation revoked, work release.
- Nathan Jamal Barrett, two counts larceny from the person, deferred prosecution, 24 months probation, 48 hours community service, credit for 112 days, obtain substance abuse assessment/treatment, have no contact with victim, $1,011 restitution to Bank of Ozarks, $60 restitution to victim, cost, case to be reviewed in 12 months.
- Benji Barker, possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to 5 to 15 months, suspended 12 months, 1 day active/credit, obtain drug and alcohol abuse treatment.

- Thomas Brian Bumgarner, probation violation, probation revoked, 187 days credit, work release, $240 attorney fee.
- Jacqueline Lynn Caldwell, DWI, sentenced to 90 days, suspended 12 months, 24 hours community service, obtain substance abuse assessment, surrender driver’s license, not operate motor vehicle until licensed by DMV, $100, cost; speeding 57 in a 35, prayer for judgment continued, cost.
- Israel Camero, DWI, speeding 88 in a 70, remanded to district court for judgment.

- Lori Jo Collins, five counts breaking and/or entering, three counts larceny after breaking/entering, dismissed per plea; two counts felony larceny, deferred prosecution, 24 months probation, 24 hours community service, receive drug abuse treatment, submit to random drug screens, do not use or possess illegal drugs unless prescribed, do not go on any property owned by victims, have no contact with victims, return possessions belonging to victims, defendant will not regain teaching license while subject to this agreement and will not teach minors under age 18 in a public or private setting, $16,897.50 restitution, cost
