A wine tour hosted by the United Way of Davie County and the Davie County Chamber of Commerce will be held on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

During this private tour, there will be tastings at three Yadkin Valley wineries, including Lazy Elm, RayLen and Chestnut Trail. Included in the tour is transportation to and from all wineries, a private tour guide and wine tasting,  and lunch.

Pickup and drop off for this tour will be at the Comfort Inn in Mocksville, 629 Madison Road. The Comfort Inn is offering a 10 percent discount to anyone going on our tour. Make reservations by calling 336-751-5966.

This event is being hosted to raise funds for the 2019 United Way Annual Giving Campaign. Funds raised will help support the initiatives, programs and services United Way provides to Davie County residents.
