A Mocksville man faces multiple charges in connection with a former live-in girlfriend.
Nicholas Teasley, 23, of Stonewood Road, was charged by the Davie County Sheriff’s Department on April 19 with assault on a female, second-degree forcible rape and first-degree kidnapping.
Sheriff J.D. Hartman said the victim came to the sheriff’s department after a violation of a domestic violence prevention order. She told officers that over the past two years, she had been forcibly raped three times and beaten with a belt.
Hartman said that Teasley admitted to the charges. He quoted Teasley as saying: “Yeah, that one time I just did it to show her who was boss.”
