The following were indicted by a Davie Grand Jury during the July 17 session of Superior Court.

– Ronnie Lee Gobble, failure to report new address – sex offender.

– John Roland Graham, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

– Zachary Hinkle, disseminating obscenity to minor under age 16.

– John Martin Ijames, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, assault inflicting serious bodily injury.

– Steven Michael Jones, fleeing to elude arrest with vehicle, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of cocaine.

– Brandon Zachary Joyner, habitual felon, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce.

– Anthony Scott Kilby Jr., 4 counts taking indecent liberties with a child, 4 counts statutory sex offense with child by adult, 3 counts statutory rape of child by adult.

– James Scott Nesbitt, 9 counts taking indecent liberties with a child, 5 counts statutory sex offense with a child 15 years or younger, solicit to commit crime against nature, disseminating obscenity to minor under age 16, 4 counts first degree kidnapping.

– Lisa Yvette Penn, 17 counts embezzlement.

– Christopher Ridings, possession of weapon on educational property.

– Patrick Morgan Smith, rape of child by adult, sex offense with child by adult.

– Bryan Michael Zimmerman, fleeing to elude arrest with vehicle.
