Upon termination of a rental agreement, the tenant is liable for rent due under the rental agreement prorated to the effective date of the termination.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 12, 2016, Quail Holdings, LLC (Applicant), filed an application seeking a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to G.S. 62-110.1(a) for construction of a 25-MW solar generating facility to be located at west of the termination of Crepe Myrtle Lane in Mocksville, Davie County, North Carolina. The Applicant plans to sell the electricity to Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC.
